Orders confirmed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Orders confirmed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of resuming business the following Monday.
Orders confirmed on National Holidays will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of resuming operations the following business day.

***Due to shipping regulations and restrictions on hazardous materials, Beth Minardi Signature Gentle Creme Developers expedited. Ground service is the only available method of shipping available for these products. No exceptions can be made to this policy. Please be advised: If you order color and developer in the same order and choose an expedited shipping method, only the color items will be expedited and developers will be shipped separately via Ground Service.
Customers select their preferred shipping method during checkout. Prior to checkout, each order confirmation page displays cost and shipping method. All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped. Shipping is calculated based on weight of package, distance traveled and shipping method selected at checkout. Refer to FedEx or UPS website for guidelines and guarantees on delivery methods. Shipping window starts when order is shipped and picked up by FedEx or UPS.
Currently, Signature Beauty LLC ships to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time.
At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.
If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please give us a call at (855-478-4247) to discuss obtaining a replacement.
Customers returning products by mail will be responsible for all costs related to the return process. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been received and processed.
